IS IT NORMAL TO FEEL ANXIETY/STRESS?

You may feel anxiety or nervousness before a session.  The subconscious knows it’s coming and  is trying to protect you. You may respond with resistance, avoidance, distraction, denial, procrastination, and even belligerence. 

In our own experience, we’ve even run into actual red lights or road detours on the way driving to a session.  The subconscious may try to avoid answering the question and redirect with different topics to work on etc.  This happens sometimes, know it is a safe space to see the part that wants to stay hidden without judgment or criticism.

It is JUST a part of you that was created in order to survive that you didn’t know about, it isn’t actually WHO you are.  Working on beliefs regarding stress and anxiety can also improve your overall healing progress.
